Staff Software Engineer - (Big Data)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for user's technical communication, POC implementation, and technical communications with partners, project implementation, customer relations, and project management;
2.Responsible for daily pre-sales technical communication, technical training and solution preparation, including technical white papers, best practices, operation manuals, solutions, etc.;
3.Responsible for customer technical support, including configuration management, upgrade, expansion, backup, data migration, etc.;
4.Responsible for the monitoring of production clusters, fault response, problem tracking and performance analysis;
5.Responsible for problem analysis and troubleshooting for customers, partners and front-line support personnel;
6.Responsible for writing product specs and technical solutions and the preparation of bids, and user Q&A;
7.Track the progress of projects, organize and refine industry solutions and application scenarios from pre-sales practices to write documentation;
8.Work closely with product, marketing and other departments, responsible for related communication, technical support, technical document writing, etc.;
9.Regularly summarize and analyze the status of project tasks, analyze and control project risks, and provide early warnings;
10.Familiar with industry trends, demand analysis, innovative solution architecture design, and documentation writing for internal and external audiences.
Job requirements:
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above, equivalent degree in computer science, software engineering or related majors;
2.Familiar with major Hadoop distributions, familiar with big data system architectures and methodology; possess overall system architecture design capabilities, and be familiar with big data business consulting methodology;
3.Proficient in the configuration, backup, optimization, monitoring and management of a relational database (such as MySQL);
4.Proficiency in a programming language (Java preferred, Python, Scala, C++);
5.Familiar with Linux operating system, such as commonly used commands, file system, system configuration, etc., have strong diagnosis and problem solving capabilities, and have experience in handling major incidents;
6.Cooperate with the marketing and sales department's various product release and promotion activities, and assist business units to achieve KPIs;
7.Rich experience in project management and project implementation, able to independently complete database design, normalization, and the ability to write POC documents;
8.Rich experience in solution design, bid response, and user communication; good logic analysis ability, high problem-solving ability; good document writing skills;
9.Having sufficient insight and keen on industry trends, and have enthusiasm for building high-quality software products;
10.Self-driven, good teamwork and leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit.
Senior Software Engineer -（Big Data）
